Delivery & Returns

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £120.

We aim to process and dispatch orders by the next working day. UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please allow approximately 2–4 working days for delivery following dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

We hope you love your Cosy Em knitwear, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it to us.

For online orders, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to make a return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items should be returned unworn, other than being tried on as you would in a shop, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed. We cannot be responsible for returned parcels that do not reach us.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be made to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
